Following graphs are some example KPIs  that illustrate the positive development of earlier mentioned PPP projects.

A stable workforce is prerequisite for a constant and good quality and for high productivity. 

Low income levels are always a hot topic in developing countries. The PPP project helped the leather factory to achieve a very positive wage development. The wage lies clearly above the minimum wage in this sector in Bangladesh. 

Excessive and forced overtime are unfortunately still very common in Bangladesh. Within this PPP the leather goods manufacturer was able to decrease its average overtime hours by 33,3 %.  

The responsible and efficient usage of resources is one of the most important topics in developing countries. The project enabled the supplier to drastically reduce its electricity consumption for the leather production by 30,2 %.
